According to The Canadian Real Estate Association, the second quarter of 2021 reported a 110.5% rise in sales across all price ranges of single detached homes. With that, homes are also spending less time on the market than they had a year earlier, averaging 23 days in comparison to 42 days in the second quarter of 2020.
